I am a Henselman's Certified Personal Trainer that trains in a 180 sq. ft. Basement Gym. I have had a Home Gym for over 20 years (long before they were cool), and use all the equipment I create. 

I am father of 3 boys, wellness junkie, lucky husband and want to be an inspirational company that improves the lives of millions of Americans and individuals with a passion for improving their health, wellness and quality of life.
